I’m a Pepper, he’s a Pepper,
She’s a Pepper, we’re a Pepper,
Wouldn’t you like to be a Pepper, too?
Yay! It’s November 1st and for me the start of the 30-Day Crazy that is NaBloPoMo (National Blog Posting Month) as part of the NanoPoblano (Team Tiny Pepper) bloggers’ group!
I’ve been MIA from writing for the past two months due to a soul-sucking work load that’s left me low on energy and short on words.
To be truthful, I am frightened of committing to NaBloPoMo and Team Pepper.
I’m scared I’ll never be able to write a post Every. Single. Day. for the 30 days of November.
I’m timorous of taking on too much work: I’m panicked that I’ll be too short on time to peruse other Pepper’s posts, I’m petrified I won’t write anything that anyone will find interesting. I’m even apprehensive of being a creative addition to the team.
However…
I’m even more heart-stoppingly terrified to miss out on so much fun!
Hi there! I don’t like feeling left out either, which is why I’m doing the yeah write’s no mo challenge. I’m probably going to miss a few days but I’m ok with that because writing 26 days out of the month is better than writing twice, you know?
PS. About my blog entries- since we’re rowmies in the yeah write challenge: don’t worry about leaving comments or reading my stuff right now. I’m trying to finish a fiction writing class so I’m just focusing on that this week. I’ll post more traditional entries soon. Looking forward to getting to know you this month! ~Nate

You can do it, you can do it, you can do it, you can do it! We were both survivors last year and we can be again with a little bit of support and encouragement – that’s what we are all here together for! Good luck! See you around!

Thanks for the encouraging words, Cheney! I love all the pictures you’ve been posting. Looking forward to the Blog Hop story this go-around!

Thanks! One of my goals this year was to take a photo every day – it’s a lot easier than it sounds! I’m thinking of doing “366 Skies” next year instead of just a random photo, I want to look up!

That is an awesome idea. I’m on the 73rd floor of a building, so I’m obsessed with sky photos anyhow. Plus, I just seem to appreciate Sunsets the older I get (I’m ignoring the fact that increased pollution in the atmosphere is responsible for the vivid colors and instead just wallowing in the magic of them.)

Ooooh, yeah, I don’t like to think of that either. I also love sunsets but I want to see more sunrises and maybe if i make this a goal I might actually go out and seek some next year, which will be QUITE the challenge because I am a night owl who still isn’t comfortable with mornings. But I’m getting slowly better!

You can always just stay up and catch sunrise from the other end 🙂

That may prove to be the best option lol!

Captain Pepper, I would not have missed it, or you guys, for the world! I’m still a little nervous, but I’m writing away….

Good to see you back in blog land! Great news that you’re going to be posting every day. Try not to stress, do what you can, even if you just post that it’s been a tough day and you’re going for a lie down, an ice cream or a box set binge – or even all three 🙂 Or just post a photo and caption. Go for it, girl. All the best.

I’m nervous as well! I’m coming off a roughly two year blog hiatus due to some legal issues in my life (namely separation/divorce proceedings). This seems like a crazy thing to jump back into in such a major way, but go big or go home! Here’s to being a pepper, writing on our blogs, and owning November and NaBloPoMo!

You will be great! That’s the most wonderful about the Peppers – it’s all the support they give to each other. I’m thrilled to be back and looking forward to reading your posts!

Hey, Kimi…thanks for visiting me, and I’m returning the favor. This is the 1st time I’ve done this NaBloPoMo challenge, and so far it’s been great. I haven’t planned anything, so every day I have to think of something to post, but it’s coming along. I’m sure yours will too. Go Peppers!!! (now I have that song stuck in my head) 😉
